3rd Excom Meeting 2023
Discussed the following mentioned:
1- The possibilities for conducting of events utilizing IEEE Young Professional Funds were discussed. Due to time and resource constraints, it was decided not to apply for these funds this annual year.
2- The topics for future technical events/ workshops were discussed. Suggestions included hands-on training on Open DSS, Grid LAB-D, Typhoon, etc.
3- Topics for the next LRT/PRAKET talks were discussed. It was concluded to conduct either of these talks in the month of April.
4- The Chair requested the Executive Committee members leaving for Summer Internships to find and inform their substitutes, before their departure.
5- The suggestion for opting for packaged snacks instead of perishable items like samosas, to prevent food wastage for future meetings and events, was tried in the last talk but was not quite successful. Hence, it was decided to stick to the usual snack for future events.
