Electronic engineer and Master in Smart Cities from the Isabel I University of Spain, PMP, Scrum and Smart City International Certification. Senior consultant for projects in the public and private sectors in smart cities, technological development and implementation of public innovation programs in the USA, LATAM and Spain. Vice President of the IEEE Colombian Caribbean Section and Manager of the Innovation and Digital Transformation Cluster in Colombia.
