Discussion:-

1. Second SMP Ex-com meeting.

The meeting commenced with introductions and a brief Discussion about the possible tracks into Ex-com. 

1. Discussion of possible tracks.

Discussed about the possible tracks that we can implement to the upcoming events and details.

1. Overview of event and current status.

We discussed the overview of the event and the current status of the event. Then discussed the outcomes and feedback of the event.  

1. Discussion on current and ongoing activities.

Discussed about the current ongoing events and its feedback.

1. Discussion on hunted mentors.

Discussed about the selected members to the SMP program and valued their skills and mentorship skills also.

1. New possible events and it’s outcomes

New possible upcoming events and their outcomes are discussed.

1. Choosed a chief guest for the session “introduction session of SMP”.

Choose the Chief Guest of the session “introduction session of SMP” Prof.sabarinath G, Who is the Secretary of the IEEE council. The program was scheduled on 31st March 2023 .

Conclusion:

The online Google meeting was successful in the Second SMP Ex-com meeting. Where we discussed upcoming event., grouping information….. Then Discussed possible track, Overview of event and current status of events .Then Discussion was going on current and ongoing activities of SMP. The  Discussion going on selected mentors. Then continued on new possible events and its outcomes. Choosed a chief guest for the session “introduction session of SMP”....etc are conducted at the Second Ex-com meeting.
