Join us for a session with David Gonzalez as he speaks on Smart Cities Santiago. The SCCM is a structure and model for the transformation of our cities into Smart Cities, created by the IDHUS Institute, using the most disruptive technologies, integration and development mechanisms that allow our cities to offer us a high quality of life, to be environmentally friendly and to optimise the necessary resources for all those who use them. It is a guide to the interconnection of technologies such as IoT, blockchain networks, artificial intelligence and digital twins to create a smart city management system that helps us optimise their services and infrastructures.

Biography:

David Gonzalez, Founder and CEO of the IDHUS Institute, a is a Technology consultancy and think tank, a centre for analysis, research and studies on Smart Cities and the development of new technologies and their impact on the development of society. Entrepreneur and founder of several companies and projects in the fields of consultancy and education. He is a Telecommunications Engineer and Electronics Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. He has a Masters in Smart Cities Technologies from La Salle University in Barcelona and a Diploma in Business Administration from The Power Business School. He manages IDHUS and coordinates all its projects and activities. He is a member of the IEEE and participates in the IEEE Smart Cities and IEEE SSIT Technology and Society working groups.
