I would like to announce the IEEE Erie Section Picnic and invite students and any IEEE Erie members.

We are glad to get the opportunity to organize the picnic event again this year on the Saturday, September 30th.

11:00am - 11:30am : The event will start with refreshments followed by a meet & greet session.

11:30am - 12:00pm : Instant speech competition for students.

12:30pm : Food distribution (need 4 volunteers from students)

01:30pm - 2:30pm : Have fun (board games)

02:30pm - 3:00pm : Prize giving

3:00pm - 4:00pm : ExCom Meeting (ExCom members only)
