You are cordially invited to the Fairleigh Dickinson University (FDU) 3rd  Annual Cybersecurity Symposium on Law Enforcement and Cyber Defense sponsored by the Office of the University Provost, co-sponsored by IEEE Computer Society Chapter of the North Jersey Section, and hosted by representatives of the FDU Center for Cybersecurity and Information Assurance. The Symposium is scheduled for September 30, 2015 to be held in Lenfell Hall, Hennessey Hall (The Mansion) at the FDU Florham Campus.

This year’s theme on Law Enforcement and Cyber Defense will showcase how government authorities and the private sector partner to prevent, detect, and mitigate cyber threats and crimes.  The keynote speaker is Sherrill Nicely, Chief Information Security Officer, Central Intelligence Agency.  She along with other distinguished speakers will present and discuss security threats, business continuity, and forensics from local law enforcement authorities to national level and beyond.

A student poster competition is included in the event and IEEE North Jersey Section prizes will be awarded to the three top finalists.
