In the world of the cars we drive, electric vehicles are being produced and sold in larger and larger numbers every year. Many people would like to know more about them, and Dave will explain some of those recent developments.

Biography:

Dave Hanson retired from the NASA Johnson Space Center in 2020 after working on multiple programs including the Space Shuttle from its beginning to its end. Before the International Space Station had its first crew Dave was the Deputy Director of Operations for the NASA Office in Star City. He has been involved with electric vehicles since 1994 and is currently the president of the Houston Chapter of the Electric Vehicle Association as well as current chair of the Galveston Bay Section of the IEEE.
