The She Speaks Series, Session 1, was conducted to discuss the LinkedIn CoachIn Mentorship Programme. The hour-long interactive session was handled by Swetha Theresa George, a Former CoachIn Mentee.

The session was a great success. The application process and interview model for the mentorship programme were explained in detail. All the queries that were raised by participants were answered along the way. Links and other helpful resources were also shared. There were a total of 15 participants in the session. They were all girl students at the College of Engineering Trivandrum.
