1.       Ratification of minutes of the last executive committee meeting (March 28, 2015). 

2.       Announcement by Chairman, IEEE Uttar Pradesh Section.

•          Petition approved for formation of the Indian Institute of Information Technology-Allahabad Robotics and Automation Society Student Branch Chapter in the Uttar Pradesh Section
•          Petition approved for formation of the IIMT College of Engineering Noida Student Branch in the Uttar Pradesh Section
•          Petition approved for formation of the IIMT College of Engineering Noida Computer Society Student Branch Chapter in the Uttar Pradesh Section
•          Petition approved for formation of the Rajshree Institute of Management and Technology Student Branch in the Uttar Pradesh Section
•          Petition approved for formation of the Rajshree Institute of Management and Technology Power & Energy Society Student Branch Chapter in the Uttar Pradesh Section

•          IEEE Computer Society GLA University Student Branch Chapter organized Cook D Query –Database Completion for BTech/MCA/BCA students during April 28-30, 2015.
•          IEEE Computer Society GLA University Student Branch Chapter organized 2^nd Mini Project Completion for BTech/MCA/BCA students on May 5, 2015.
•          IEEE Uttar Pradesh Section Current Membership status.
•          Fund received and distributed report.
•          In response to the nomination call for attending IEEE R10 SYW Congress 2015 during July 9-12, 2015 to be held at Srilanka, Chairman have received only one self nomination from Dr. Dilip Kumar Sharma. Hence, He proposed the name of Dr. Dilip Kumar Sharma to attend the conference as a delegate. IEEE U.P. Section will support maximum Rs. 30000/- for attending the IEEE  R10 SYW congress, Srilanka.
•          Update on Society Registration of Uttar Pradesh Section.
•          R10 Young Professionals - Call for Initiative Grants and Some Updates
•          SIGHT Project Funding 2015 - Call for Proposals
•          NOC given for society registration to UPES IEEE Student Branch
•          Help/support/service from section regarding massive earth quake in Nepal.
•          Regularly news publishing in IEEE IC and R10 News letters from U.P. Section.

3.       Ratification of Changes of Dates of the Sponsored Events:

•          Graphic Era Hill University, Dehradun is organizing workshop on “Technology enabled teaching and learning for higher education” technically sponsored by IEEE U.P. Section during May 25-29, 2015. They have requested to IEEE Uttar Pradesh Section for rescheduling the dates. The new dates are June 8-12, 2015.

4.       Ratification of Conference Approval:

•          IEEE Student Branch Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT), Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh is organizing 4^th Students’ Conference on Engineering and Systems (SCES-2015)” technically sponsored by IEEE Uttar Pradesh Section during November 7-8, 2015.This conference is co-sponsored by the IEEE Joint Societies Chapter of Industrial Electronics, Power Electronics and Control System (IE/PEL/CS).

5.       Sponsorships Request:

(a)    Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering, Amity School of Engineering & Technology, Amity University, Noida is organizing “Third International Conference on Signal Processing and integrated Networks (SPIN 2016)” during Feb 11-12, 2016. This conference is technically sponsored by the IEEE Joint Societies Chapter of Computer Society/Signal Processing under Uttar Pradesh Section. They have requested for Technical Co-Sponsorship from IEEE Uttar Pradesh Section.

(b)   ABES Engineering College, Ghaziabad is organizing two days “Second International Conference on “Computational Intelligence & Communication Technology (CICT-            2016)” during Feb 12-13, 2016. They have requested for Technical Co-Sponsorship from IEEE U.P. Section.

(c)    IEEE Computer Society GLA University Student Branch Chapter is organizing two days 2^nd National workshop on “Emerging Trends in Information Retrieval” during September 25-26, 2015. They have requested for Rs. 30000/- financial support from IEEE Uttar Pradesh Section for TA support to invited speakers.

(d)   Dept of CSE, ASET, Amity University is organizing Confluence 2016: 6^th  International Conference on Cloud System and Big Data Engineering in association with EMC Corporation during January 14-15, 2016. They have requested for Technical Co-Sponsorship from IEEE U.P. Section.

(e)    Rama University Kanpur is organizing National Conference on Trends in Signal Processing & Computing (TSPC 2015) during 19-20 September 2015. They have requested financial assistance & technical sponsorship for conference.

(f)    GLA University Mathura is organizing one day National workshop on “How to avoid Plagiarism and Reference Management Tool using Mendeley” on September 19, 2015.  There is no registration fee for IEEE Student members and 50% fee discount for faculty IEEE members. They have requested for technical sponsorship with use of IEEE logo and financial assistance of Rs. 20000/-.
