How to use LinkedIn to Grow Your Business
The IEEE North Jersey Section Government and Industry Liaison Committee has scheduled a three session seminar for small businesses and individual consultants on how to secure military contracts with the United States Government.
The first session will be held on November 12, 2015, in Ballroom B of the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) Campus Center. NJIT is located at University Heigths, 150 Bleeker Street, Newark, NJ 07102. The topic will be “How to use LinkedIn to Grow Your Business”. The talk will specifically address how it can be effectively used for securing contracts. The session will run from 7:00 to 10:00 PM
The second session will specifically address how to find government defense contracts and propose bids for them. The session will address the does and don’ts in the process, how to employ the rules relating to small businesses for your advantage, and other topics.
The third session will address advanced topics to benefit the bidders.
Dates and locations for the next sessions will be announced at a later date.
Parking is available for attendees at the NJIT supervised parking facility. The Parking Deck is located off the conrer of Warren and Colden Streets. There is no charge for attendance or parking, and IEEE membership is not a requirement to attend this seminar.
