A joint IEEE Distinguished Lecturer event/Engineering research seminar will be on 19th July. The speaker is Dr Sanjib Panda from the National University of Singapore. The topic of this seminar is single-stage parallel and series-connected inverters. Renewable energy sources (RESs) have been receiving significant attention recently worldwide as a sustainable alternative type of energy supply in the energy mix. Inverters are being used to convert the dc voltage into ac voltage before being injected into the grid or isolated loads.
