IX. TECH X HACKATHON

“Tech X Hackathon” is a technical event that was conducted by IEEE MVSR SB CS Student Chapter in collaboration with the Department of Computer Science Engineering & Information Technology as part of TECHNOVANZA 2K23. The event was conducted on the 25th April & 26th April 2023.

Winners:

1. Mr. K. Pavan Kalyan, Mr. Ch. Anjana Sujan Kumar & Mr. B. Satya Kaparthi, Vasavi Engineering College.

2. Mr. Akshith Sai, Mr. Habinash Yadav, Mr. A Ujwal, MVSR Engineering College.

X. PAPER PRESENTATION:

“Paper Presentation” was conducted by IEEE MVSR PES SB in collaboration with Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, MVSR Engineering College as a part of Technovanza 2k23 on 25th April,2023. The aim of the event is to provide participants a platform to exhibit and get evaluated with their ideas. The participants presented their papers in the allotted time and answered the queries after their presentation.

XI. MEMES FOR GEEKS:

“Memes for Geeks” is a semi-technical event that was conducted by IEEE MVSR SB CS Student Chapter in collaboration with the Department of CSE and IT as part of TECHNOVANZA 2K23. The event was conducted on the 25th of April 2022. Participants can be in groups of two maximum and were given a duration of 8-10 minutes to explain the memes shown to them which contained a technical aspect to them.

Winners:

2. Ms. Aishwarya, MVSR Engineering College.

XII. TECHNO TREASURE HUNT:

Techno Treasure Hunt was conducted by IEEE MVSR SB CASS Student Chapter as a part of TECHNOVNZA 2023. This is a semi-technical event. The event was held on both 25th & 26th April 2023. It is a modern and technology-oriented version of the classic treasure hunt game. It combines elements of problem-solving, puzzle-solving, and technology to create an engaging and challenging experience for participants. In a techno treasure hunt, participants or teams are given a series of clues, riddles, or puzzles that they must solve in order to progress through the game.

XIII. WEBSCAPE

"WEBSCAPE" was an exciting semi-technical event that took place as part of TECHNOVANZA 2K23, organized by IEEE MVSR SB CS Student Chapter in collaboration with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and Information Technology (IT). The event took place on the 25th of April 2023, adding an extra layer of excitement and knowledge sharing to the overall symposium.

XIV. CIRCUITRIX:

As a part of IEEE MVSR SB Annual flagship event TECHNOVANZA 2K23, IEEE MVSR CASS SB organized Technical event ‘Circuitrix’. There were two rounds. In the event students were given the circuit diagram which they had to realize on the breadboard using the components.

Technovanza 2K23 Valedictory:

Technovanza valedictory session was initiated by Mr. K. Naga Seshu, Vice Chairperson, IEEE MVSR SB and Ms. Hetalee Pravin Warad, Treasurer, IEEE MVSR SB, welcoming Prof. R. Bala Subramanian, Chief Guest, Prof. T. Sai Kumar, Mr. M. Sai Prasanth, IEEE TAB Committee YP Representative, IEEE Education Society, Chair, Guest of Honour, Dr. G. Kanaka Durga, Principal MVSR Engineering College, Dr. D. Hari Krishna, IEEE MVSR Student Branch Counsellor, Mrs. B. Saritha, IEEE MVSR SB CS Student chapter Advisor, Mrs. G. Ushasri, IEEE MVSR SB WIE Affinity Group Advisor, Mrs. S. Aruna, IEEE MVSR SB CASS Student Chapter Advisor and all the attendees. 

The atmosphere was filled with excitement and anticipation as the event commenced with a lively welcome song and dance performance, setting the tone for the rest of the evening. After the cheerful start, the guests were invited to participate in the traditional lighting of the lamp, symbolizing the illumination of knowledge and wisdom. Following this, the stage was taken by Dr. D Hari Krishna, the IEEE MVSR SB Counsellor, who delivered a heartfelt summary of Technovanza 2k23. He emphasized the significance of this flagship event and how it has played a crucial role in the growth and development of IEEE MVSR SB over the years. He proudly highlighted the progress and journey of the student branch, acknowledging the hard work and dedication put forth by its members. He brought attention to the various awards, rewards, and achievements that the student branch had earned throughout its existence, expressing his admiration for their continuous good work. Gratitude was also extended to all those who contributed to the success of Technovanza 2k23. He thanked the college management, Principal, Heads of Departments, and all the faculty members for their unwavering support in organizing the event. 

As the event continued, Mr. K Naga Seshu, the host, graciously invited Dr. G. Kanaka Durga, the Principal of MVSR Engineering College, to address the gathering. Dr. Kanaka Durga took the stage with grace and enthusiasm, commending the exceptional efforts put forth by various individuals and teams involved in organizing Technovanza-2k23. She began by praising the dedication and commitment of the SB Counsellor, Student Chapter Advisors, Executive Committee members, and event coordinators. Their hard work and meticulous planning were evident in the seamless execution of the event, making it a resounding success. Dr. Kanaka Durga acknowledged that events like Technovanza are not only platforms for showcasing talent but also an opportunity for students to learn and grow through practical experiences. 

Later, Mr. Sai Kumar Tara & Mr. M. Sai Prashanth were invited to address the gathering. They applauded the student branch and all the Excom members for the successful conduction of events. Later, the guests were felicitated by Dr G. Kanaka Durga and Dr D Hari Krishna. Mementoes were presented to judges of various events by Prof. R. Bala Subramanian. Followed by this, prizes were distributed to event winners by Dr. G. Kanaka Durga, Prof. T. Sai Kumar, Mr. M. Sai Prasanth, Prof. R. Bala Subramanian and Dr. D. Hari Krishna. At the end everyone was invited to join for a group photo. Vote of thanks was proposed by Mr. Hemanth Kollapudi, Chair, IEEE MVSR SB, which marked the end of valedictory ceremony.

Biography:

Mr. M. Sai Prashanth is the block chain developer at Tech Mahindra, Hyderabad and AI Developer Intern at Smart Bridge. He is presently contributing as a chair of IEEE Vardhaman College of Engineering Educational Society Chapter. He is also region webinar and training coordinator for IEEE R10 Student Activities Committee and Coordinator for IEEE Collabratec. He served as social media and publicity coordinator for IEEE region 10 Student activities committee where he committed and was able to make a good impact under the guidance of SAC. Mr. Sai Prasanth has applauded the student branch and all the Excom members for the successful conduction of events. He has also advised the IEEE students to explore IEEE and derive maximum benefits from IEEE.

Technovanza 2023 Valedictory

Biography:

Mr. Sai Kumar Tara is a Senior IEEE member, Gold Medal recipient from JNTUH's Ex VC, Dr. D N Reddy, for his B. Tech degree in Academics on Feb 28, 2008, and University Topper for M.Tech degree from Kakatiya Institute of Technology and Science (KITS Warangal), Kakatiya University Warangal in 2010. He is an experienced IEEE Transaction Reviewer on Fuzzy Systems (TFS) and IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computational Intelligence, USA. He is active volunteer in IEEE Hyderabad Section severed as SAC Committee Member, Secretary, IEEE Education Society in 2019 and presently serving as Secretary/Treasurer for IEEE Education Society and Excom member of IEEE CIS/GRSS Jt chapter Societies of IEEE Hyderabad Section and also MC member of Computer Society of India, Hyderabad Chapter. He delivered around 20 -25 plus talks at various places. He is an International Workshop Advisory Group, IEEE Conference and Publisher for several indexed Scopus journals. He has 50 plus articles in International Journals, Book Chapters, and Conference, as well as 20 plus regional conferences articles. To his name, he holds five patent. Starting in 2010 Saikumar Tara, Served as Associate Professor, I / C Head ECE and Chief, Centre for Signal and Image Processing at CMR Technical Campus, Hyderabad. Presently joined in Dept., of ECE, at BVRIT Hyderabad College of Engineering for Women, Hyderabad .
