DISCUSSION:

1. Welcome address delivered by the SB Secretary - Uthirashree
2. Chairman - Vinish Welcomed all the IEEE magic members and other participants.
3. The volunteering spirit of the magic member was well appreciated by the SB Counsellor G.Saritha and the cherished them for their future work.
4. All the IEEE members are requested to efficiently the use the membership benefits

5. Society chairs are requested to explained the events conducted in their societies and advised them to submit the report of every event.

6. The meeting commenced with a brief recap of the three events held in May 2023: Exploring the Funding Opportunities, Summer Fiesta: Quizzed, ForBy Series - #11 Python Programming Challenges, and IEEE Sight Visit.

7. Exploring the Funding Opportunities received positive feedback for providing valuable insights into potential funding sources.

8. Detailed feedback from participants and organizers was collected and discussed for each event.
9. The Summer Fiesta: Quizzed received praise for its engaging quiz format, and suggestions were made to diversify the quiz topics in future editions.
10. ForBy Series - #11 Python Programming Challenges received appreciation for its challenging tasks, but it was suggested to provide more entry-level challenges to encourage broader participation.
11. The IEEE Sight Visit was highly acclaimed for its informative and well-organized tour, and attendees expressed interest in future industry visits.

ACTION ITEMS:

1. Prepare comprehensive event reports that will include key takeaways and insights from each event, helping the team learn from successes and challenges.
2. Prepare a standardized feedback form for all upcoming events. This form will be designed to gather valuable insights from participants, enabling the team to continuously improve member experiences and event quality.
3. The entire team will collectively plan and organize the upcoming events scheduled for June 2023.
