The Chief  Guests are Dr. Sudharsan Jayabalan, Chair IEEE Robotics and Automation Society IEEE Hyderabad Section, Dr.M.V.Subramanyam Principal of SREC, Dr.S.Md.Farooq HOD of CSE Department, Mrs.V.Lakshmi Chaitanya Advisor of IEEE RAS Student branch Chapter, Faculty, Staff and Students of  various departments are participated in this program.

Mrs.V.Lakshmi Chaitanya, Advisor of IEEE RAS Student branch Chapter welcomed all dignitaries on the dias, guest and participants of the event. She briefly introduces about the program and she briefed about the chief guest of the event  Dr. Sudharsan Jayabalan Chair IEEE Robotics and Automation Society IEEE Hyderabad Section.Program starts by Prayer song by Ms.S.Surabhi and Ms.P.Bindhu of EEE Department.Dr.M.V.Subramanyam Principal of Santhiram Engineering College address the gathering and he briefed about the Robotics. He explained what are the benefits of using robotics in today’s world.

Dr. Sudarshan Jayabalan Chair IEEE Robotics and Automation Society IEEE Hyderabad Section can elaborate about how IEEE Robotics and Automation Society is changing the face of Automation field Worldwide and how it can benefit through being a part of this group of Technology leaders.

He explained the types of Robotics and its use. He also explain the Industry 4.0 which  focused on ensuring consistency of the quality and data collection. In contrast, industry 5.0 focuses on highly skilled people plus robots to create individualized products for consumers. With industry 5.0, the robots are started to work together.

He also explained as Robotics is considered as a high-end professional career in India. It has a tremendous job opportunity that has professional training in robotics. It will employ in manufacturing plants, mining, laboratories, life science, medical fields, aerospace engineering, and also agricultural engineering. It is the best demand for robotics engineers in this gaming industry and also manufacturing the units as well.

The event end with vote of thanks by Ms.P.Bindhu student chair for IEEE student branch SREC.she thank the chief guest for sparing their precious time. she also thanked the Management,Principal,HoD, Faculty, Staff and students to make the seminar a grand success. Topic:

Recent trends and career opportunities in Robotics

Robotics is the combined effort of science, engineering, and technology that results in devices referred to as robots that mimic or replace human behaviors Robots are becoming more prevalent in most parts of daily life as a result of developments in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), the Internet of Things (IoT), and big data. Early in the pandemic, the use of robotic technology by businesses and consumers increased, and it has continued to speed up the development of robots. . Industrial robots will be able to work more quickly, correctly, and effectively as more of these facilities automate their operations, doing away with discrepancies. The importance of robotic education and training will rise as their use permeates every sector of the global economy.
