Abstract: Our IEEE EDS “Meet your Heroes” event is meant to create an open, inclusive conversation on career development and career aspirations, by revealing the obstacles and challenges overcome by some of our EDS role models. Our hope is to motivate the next workforce wave by illustrating how their tribulations may not be very dissimilar to your own personal hardships. Although backgrounds center upon semiconductors, all visitors welcome!
