Biography:

Jeremiah is Senior Vice President and Head of Engineering for the Automotive Business at Qualcomm.  In this role, he leads teams that define, develop, and productize chipsets and platform solutions for telematics, connectivity, infotainment, & ADAS.  Snapdragon modems are paving the way for 5G enabled cars with concurrent low-latency direct communication to other cars and road infrastructure using cellular V2X technology.  Snapdragon automotive processors enable digital cockpit solutions integrating rich digital experiences on infotainment & rear-seat displays concurrently with safety-critical instrument cluster, HUD, & driving monitoring applications.  The Snapdragon Ride Platform supports customizable and scalable solutions from L1 ADAS to L4 automated driving.

Prior to Qualcomm, Jeremiah was a Fellow at Texas Instruments leading SoC and systems architecture for DaVinci media processors optimized for applications such as automotive infotainment, advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), security cameras, security DVRs, video telepresence, and IP set-top boxes.  Jeremiah holds a bachelor’s and a master’s in electrical engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology and has more than 20 patents in the field of media processing architectures.
