Biography:

Dr. Sukanta Halder is Assistant Professor at Department of Electrical Engineering Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology (SVNIT), Surat

Sukanta Halder received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee, India in 2017. He did his M.Tech with the specialization in Electric Drives and Power Electronics from IIT Roorkee.

After Ph.D., in 2017 he joined Rolls-Royce@NTU Corporate Lab, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore as a Post-doctoral fellow. He worked for Rolls-Royce Electrical, Singapore in Nanyang Technological University which is holding QS world ranking 4^th in Electrical Engineering. He joined Charge Lab, University of Windsor, Ontario, Canada which is the one of the biggest EV Lab in North America under Tier 1 Canada Research Chair Professor in Electrified Vehicles.
