Day 2: Enzyme Extraction Techniques

Forenoon Session:

  • Cell Disruption Methods: Mechanical, Chemical, and Biological and Clarification of homogenate: Sedimentation, Filtration and Centrifugation
  • Concentration: Solvent Extraction, Liquid-Liquid Extraction, evaporation, Ultrafiltration.

Afternoon Session:
