IEEE Day 2023
Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane, Morocco, celebrates with enthusiasm the IEEE Day, highlighting the global community's collaborative advancements in technology for humanity's benefit. The university's active IEEE student branch in collaboration with the IEEE Women in engineering affinity group Morocco section celebrate the event to mark the occasion, drawing participation from both engineering and non-engineering disciplines.

Agenda
The occasion will start with a quizz about IEEE, with symbolic prizes. This quiz is an opportunity to promote IEEE as the major organisation but also the IEEE AUI student branch , as well as the upcoming events: IEEE WIE ILS and IEEEXtreme. After that at 1pm, we will have some SSE (School of science and engineering) IEEE faculty and the president who will give small speech regarding this occasion, followed by a cake cutting. In the afternoon, we will have a workshop to prepare student for the IEEEXtreme, moderated by Dr. Naeem, from 2.30 to 4.30 in the SAO lounge.
