A talk was organized to create awareness among the students about the importance of professional associations like IEEE for career development. The benefits of joining IEEE and IEEE Society were explained. Students were motivated to join IEEE as student members for their overall development. The target audience was first-year Engineering students of alll branch, Bangalore Institute of Technology. Around 120 students attended the event.
