The 5th IEEE International Conference on Emerging Smart Computing and Informatics (ESCI-2023) is the
a platform where academics and industry researchers present their latest algorithms, models, and technologies
and explore new trends and ideas in smart computing and informatics. The aim of this conference is to provide
an allied platform for emerging trends in smart computing, networking, communication, signal and image
processing, cyber security, and IOT.
The key intention is to provide an opportunity for the global participants to share their ideas and experiences in
person with their peers expected to join from different parts of the world. In addition to this, the gathering will
help the delegates to establish a research environment as well as to find the international linkage for future
collaboration in their career path. The conference focuses on various modernization and innovation paradigms
that may be applied to present practical and creative solutions to diverse issues in society, industry and
environment.
The conference proceeding invites academics and industry researchers to publish of papers explaining
literature reviews, problem statements, and methodologies with appropriate results. The selected papers will be sent
to the experts for review. Acceptance will be based on significant and innovative content, originality and
unpublished quality work. Accepted and presented papers will be published in IEEE Explore digital library. The
Conference also invites special topics, tools and applications in multidisciplinary areas with workshops, tutorial
sessions by expert academicians and professionals.
Highlights: To imbibe the research culture in undergraduate students, the conference invites undergraduate
students to publish original, innovative, and quality research work. The accepted and presented papers will be
published in the conference proceedings.

The three-day conference from 01st to 03rd March 2023 was inaugurated by the chief guest of the
program Padmashri Prof.K.N.Ganesh, Founder, Director, Indian Institute of Science Education and
Research (IISER), Tirupati through online media on 01/03/2023 in the morning.
Prof.K.N.Ganesh during his speech highlighted the rapid progress of new technologies such as
Internet of Things, 5G technology, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data. In his speech, he said-
“Investment on industries based on multifaceted technologies such as Internet of Things, Artificial
Intelligence and data science is increasing rapidly, and hence research in these new areas should
be manifold as its industrial applications are increasing day by day. The challenges faced in these
areas and data privacy should be addressed. Such a multi-faceted conference makes it possible.”
He congratulated ‘AISSMS IOIT’ for organizing such a wonderful conference consecutively for fifth
year in a row through hybrid platform and wished the best for it. President of the program,
Honorable secretary AISSM Society Shri. Malojiraje Chhatrapati on behalf of AISSM Society sent a
greeting message to the guests and attendees and wished the conference a grand success.
Dr.P.B.Mane Principal of AISSMS IOIT highlighted the reasons for organizing the conference and
threw light on the proceedings of the conference he said that budding engineers should take the
benefit of such conferences to encourage knowledge sharing and be enlightened about innovative
ideas. IEEE Pune section chair Dr.Surekha Deshmukh highlighted the achievements of IEEE Pune
Division in various activities and praised the college for successfully organizing this international
5th IEEE International Conference on Emerging Smart Computing and Informatics 2023 (ESCI)

conference in association with IEEE Pune section.
At the time of inauguration Honorable guests and keynote speakers Dr.EKkarat Boochieng,
Associate Professor, Chiang Mai University, Thailand, AISSMS Treasurer Mr. Ajay Patil, Managing
Committee Member Mr. Nikhil Khanse and Mr.Prashant Bramhe IEEE Pune Division and IEEE
Pune section Vice President Mr.Amar Buchade were present.
Technical program chair Dr.Minakshi Thalor shared that the conference has received overall 810
papers out of which 134 research papers were selected post the scrupulous checking of
authenticity of the research. Dr.Suresh Limkar anchored the function while organizing chair
Dr.Y.P.Patil presented the vote of thanks.
