Know your IEEE & Website Launch
The "Know your IEEE" event and the unveiling of the IEEE Reliability Society SBC website were jointly organized by the IEEE Reliability Society Student Branch Chapter at Sri Sairam Engineering College. The event commenced at 02:00 PM with a warm welcome from Mr. A. Naresh Kumar, Assistant Professor of CSBS and Advisor of the SEC RS SB Chapter.
The website launch was a success, with Dr K. Porkumaran, Chairman of IEEE Madras Section and Principal of SSEC, along with Dr R. Azhagumurugan, Treasurer of IEEE PES Madras Section and Head of Department for Electrical and Electronics Engineering at SSEC, doing the honours.
This newly launched website serves as a central platform for our community to access valuable resources, information, and updates pertaining to reliability engineering. Concurrently, the "Know Your IEEE" initiative educated our members about the extensive benefits, services, and opportunities available within IEEE, promoting active engagement and interaction.
A special thank you goes to Tharun Raj R G, the Strategy Lead for IEEE RS SBC, for delivering a thoughtful vote of thanks that genuinely encapsulated the collaborative spirit that defines our community.
