Electrical Engineer, graduated from the National University of Engineering, with a Master's and Ph.D of the same specialty in Brazil. Likewise, he is an IEEE Senior Member.
He currently works as an associate professor and postgraduate coordinator of the energy and systems department of the Universidad de Campinas (UNICAMP), Sao Paulo, Brazil.
