To celebrate the IEEE Day, we orchestrated a dynamic collaboration between the IEEE ISIMS Student Branch and IEEE EPS Student Branch.
The festivities unfolded on October 15th at the Municipal Hall in Ons City ,Sfax, spanning from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. In our joint efforts, we curated a diverse program aimed at enriching the students' experience with meaningful learning opportunities.
Here's the detailed event plan, meticulously outlining each segment:
- Check In: Attendees arrive and check in to kick off the day's activities.
- Opening Ceremony: The event officially begins with an inspiring opening ceremony that sets the tone for the day.
- Team Building: Engaging team-building activities to foster collaboration and camaraderie among participants.
- Announcing Competition: The announcement of the much-anticipated technical competition focused on the theme of "Sustainable Cities of the Future."
- Pitching: Participants present their innovative ideas and projects related to sustainable urban development.
- Lunch Break: A well-deserved break for lunch and networking, allowing participants to recharge.
- Team Building: More team-building activities to strengthen connections and encourage creative thinking.
- Announcing Winner: The culmination of the competition with the announcement of the winning solutions and teams.
- IEEE Anniversary: Celebrating the rich history and contributions of the IEEE organization on its anniversary.
- Closing Ceremony: A heartfelt closing ceremony to wrap up the day's festivities and recognize the efforts and achievements of all participants.
We were delighted to witness a turnout exceeding our expectations, as expanding our community promises increased joy and success.
