On 04 th October 2023, the Department of Electronics and Communication 
Engineering in associated with IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society SEC 
Student Branch conducted a placement talk on understanding the job market. The 
session started at 7 PM. The Host, Susithra K, Treasurer of IEEE APS Student 
Branch Chapter, started with an introductory speech.
 Then, Panchami B G, Chair of IEEE APS Student Branch Chapter, welcomed our 
chief guest with a quick introduction. Dr Manikandan J, Advisor, IEEE APS Student 
Branch Chapter gave a quick introduction about the session. Mr P Santhana 
Krishnan, Data Engineering Analyst, Accenture Solutions Private Limited. He spoke 
about the job market. He also talked about to enhance the skills. He shared his 
experience as a Data Engineering Analyst.
Then we had a Q and A session between the students and our chief guest, where he clarified the doubts. Finally, the event concluded with a vote of thanks by Reshma R, Secretary of IEEE APS Student Branch chapter.
