Engineer and Project Manager

 

Amirhossein is a seasoned engineer and project manager with a wealth of experience in the telecommunications industry. He obtained his bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and seamlessly transitioned into a career as a power system engineer, where he displayed exceptional prowess. Over 8 years in the industry, he rose through the ranks, eventually becoming a proficient project manager. 

In pursuit of furthering his knowledge and skills, Amirhossein relocated to Canada to pursue a master's degree in manufacturing engineering at McMaster University. Currently, he is deeply engaged in a co-op program at Kinectrics, focusing on program management in nuclear industry.

Amirhossein is not only passionate about engineering and project management, but also eager to share his insights and experiences with aspiring engineers to reach their full potential in the dynamic world of engineering

Biography:

Moha Abbaszadeh currently holds the position of Engineer Analyst at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada, where she is leading projects geared towards enhancing manufacturing processes, optimizing production efficiency, and upholding product quality. Her journey in the manufacturing sector was inaugurated with an impressive eight-month Engineer Analyst Internship at Toyota's Cambridge, Ontario facility, which served to reaffirm her unwavering commitment to the automotive industry.

Before joining Toyota, Moha gained valuable experience as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at INNIO Group in Welland, Ontario, where she honed her skills in process improvement, inventory management, and equipment maintenance. Prior to her international ventures, Moha served as the Head of the Drafting Department at Andisheh Pardazan Avin in Tehran, Iran, for three years, overseeing project teams with meticulous precision.

Moha's academic credentials encompass a Master of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering from McMaster University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran. Furthermore, she was a distinguished member of Iran's National Elites Foundation and was awarded a scholarship to attend an innovation management strategies course at Harvard University. 

In addition to her academic and professional achievements, Moha serves as the Vice Chair of IEEE Women in Engineering, Hamilton section, Canada actively advocating for diversity and inclusivity within STEM fields. She also leverages her expertise as a member of the Young Professionals program at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada, where she contributes to the organization's innovative initiatives.
