IEEE DAY 2023
IEEE DAY celebration @IEEE SIT SB
IEEE SIT SB organized the IEEE day program on 4th October 2023 in the EnTC Seminar Hall of the college. On this occasion, the SB welcomed its new team and honored the former EXECOM members.
The program started with Maa Saraswati Pujan which was followed by felicitation of guests and dignitaries.
Vice Principal Dr. D. D. Choudhary and all other professors along with branch counselor Dr. D. S. Mantri were present for the program.
First of all, the former chairperson Mr. Aniket Lamkhede shared his journey with IEEE and encouraged the new team.
Branch counselor Dr .D. S. Mantri in his speech welcomed the new team and greeted the formers for their further journey.
Vice Principal Dr. D. D. Choudhary shared his thoughts about IEEE and its importance.
After the speeches, the new EXECOM was announced and Dr. D. S. Mantri sir greeted them with roses.
After welcoming the new team, it was time to honor the contributions of former EXECOM team towards IEEE. Dr. D. S. Mantri sir presented the Letters of Appreciation to all the former EXECOM members and congratulated them.
After this ceremony of tenure handover, Dr. D. S. Mantri sir gave a tech talk on "The Industrial Revolution."
He explained about the evolution of technology and how it has affected the world.
The program was concluded with the National Anthem.
