During our meeting, we discussed the allocation of specific responsibilities for the upcoming event. Different tasks were assigned to each one, including decoration, check-in process, breakfast management, consumption oversight, and other duties.

It was also agreed that all logistics members should arrive early at the event location to facilitate a smooth setup. We briefly covered all logistics to ensure the event's success.
