In the fast-paced and data-driven world, understanding the concept of statistical process control (SPC) is indispensable for organisations striving to achieve excellence in quality, efficiency, and productivity. Control charts, a cornerstone of SPC, are powerful tools used to provide visual representations of data and help industrial practitioners make informed decisions.

In this talk, we will discuss how SPC enables organisations to monitor and manage processes with precision, ensuring consistency and minimising variations. We will discuss various types of control charts established for different data and explain how they can be effective in addressing issues with special cause variations.

Our discussion will extend beyond manufacturing, highlighting how control charts are applicable across diverse industries. From healthcare to aerospace and beyond, attendees will gain insights into how these tools can be tailored to suit various contexts and lead to data-driven decision-making and process optimisation.
