YP - Big Picture
IEEE SB Panimalar Engineering College, Panimalar Institute of Technology in association with Electron Devices Society, IEEE Young Professionals Madras Section organised a seminar on YP – Big Picture on the occasion of IEEE Day Celebration 2023 under the track of IEEE Expo 2.0 – YP Connect by Mr.Sreekanth Ramasamy, ME(Ph.D) SMIEEE, MISTE, MIAENG, Assistant Professor - Department of EEE, St. Joseph's College of Engineering, OMR Chennai – 119 on 07.10.23 from 11 to 12 PM (IST). Mr Sreekanth Ramasamy started the session by giving a glance about what is IEEE, what does its membership give to an engineering student, what kind of volunteering activities can be done as a student member, as a professional member and more. He then explained about IEEE GU Structure giving a clear knowledge about SB Activities, Section Activities, etc. Around 60 participants attended. The Student Coordinators Kalpana V, Monisha R, Reshma B and Jananii P coordinated the event along with the Staff Coordinator Mr. M. Arun, AP/ECE.
