I am following up with my earlier email regarding the volunteer opportunities at the upcoming IEEE Future Networks World Forum scheduled to take place during November 13-15 in Baltimore, Maryland. There are some additional exciting opportunities including Student Leadership Summit and Poster presentation. We have received correspondence from some of you and will get back to you with the allotment of sessions.
I also wanted to bring to your kind attention regarding the following few opportunities that the students can take advantage at the IEEE Future Networks World Forum.
- There is volunteer opportunity at the IEEE Future Networks World Forum (https://fnwf2023.ieee.org/) that is taking place during November 13-15.
Here are the perks that you get based on your extent of volunteering during the conference
- If you help with 6 sessions you get full complimentary pass for all three days. (November 13, 14, and 16)
- If you help with 2 sessions you get the free pass for that specific day (November 13 or 14 or 15)
- You will also receive a certificate from IEEE Future Networks towards your service at the Future Networks World Forum
- IEEE Communications Society is sponsoring Student Leadership conference on November 13 alongside IEEE Future Networks World Forum. You can register for just $25 to attend the Summit and first day and $125 to attend all three days of FNWF. Link to registration for Student Leadership Conference can be found at the following link.

- IEEE Future Networks is also offering poster opportunities to the students who plan to attend. Please let me know if you plan to showcase your poster.
