The Pragnya’ 23 Core Committee meticulously organized a recruitment drive with the aim of identifying and recruiting talented students from GRIET to join the esteemed Pragnya'23 Core Committee. This significant recruitment initiative spanned over two days, taking place on November 9 and 10, 2023.

To initiate the selection process, they began by sending out a Google form to all second-year students, seeking to understand their willingness to participate. This early step resulted in an impressive outcome, as 191 eager students actively participated by submitting their responses through the Google form. Following that, Pragnya's Core Committee proceeded with a thorough selection process, attentively reviewing each of the 191 responses. After a rigorous assessment, they identified a group of 112 students who displayed exceptional potential and enthusiasm for the subsequent phase of the recruitment process.

The group of 112 selected students was split into two batches to make it easier for in-person interviews. Batch 1 (56) had their interviews on the first day of the recruitment drive, whereas Batch 2 (56) had their interviews scheduled for the next day. This organized approach ensured that each student in the cohort was assessed thoroughly. The interviews were a crucial aspect of the selection process, and they were carried out with the utmost professionalism and commitment. The convenor and co-convenor of Pragnya'23 took the lead in these interviews, collaborating closely with the leads within the publicity, event management, sponsorship, graphic design, and documentation departments of Pragnya’ 2023.

The thoughtful planning and systematic execution of the recruitment drive were intended to ensure the selection of highly capable and committed individuals. It was anticipated that these individuals would play a pivotal role in making significant and meaningful contributions to the overall success of Pragnya'23. Each of the 112 chosen students have shown exceptional talent and displayed extraordinary abilities.It was indeed a challenging task to make the final decision,given that every student had their own unique qualities. Eventually, the leads were able to identify 11 students who exhibited exceptional skills that set them apart from the others.We are confident that their participation in this core committee will teach them valuable leadership qualities and equip them to inspire their fellow students when the time comes for them to take on leadership roles.

This effort demonstrates our dedication to upholding high standards of quality and embracing diversity within the IEEE community. It is set to contribute to the ongoing success of Pragnya'23 and to cultivate leadership skills among young individuals.
