The Radiance event commenced at 6 PM with Management Committee members gathered around the podium dressed in formals. Board members were also present in the first row of the audience. It was hosted Yaseen Shaikh and Vishwas Bachani.
The Management Committee members started by explaining the history and significance of IEEE to the freshers in the audience. They went on to explain the merits of various domains and societies of IEEE SBM, mentioning the various resources and projects that would be  available to members upon joining the Working Committee.
The event concluded with a doubt session and a few words from the board members of IEEESBM. Almost all of the participants registered by the end of the event and it was a great success.
