Max Garwood will present an overview of three areas of Intellectual Property Law – Copyright, Trademark and Patents. The topic is vast so hold on as we touch on these areas looking at the boundaries of protection with bits of historical perspective interspersed, as we see how to protect our assets.
Biography:
Max Garwood obtained Bachelor and Master degrees in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University in 1973 and 1975. He worked for the Department of Defense as an Electronics Engineer for over twenty years. Max then obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Indiana University at Indianapolis, Indiana, and is a licensed attorney and patent attorney. He works at the IP law firm of Taylor IP, PC.
