Since the first IEEE International Conference on Consumer Electronics – Taiwan (ICCE-TW) in 2014, the number of papers has steadily grown each year due to the diligent efforts of each organizing committee and academic team and strict quality control of the conference. ICCE-TW, known for its reputation and quality, faced the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic for three consecutive years since 2020, yet continued to attract over 300 domestic and international submissions, solidifying its standing on the international stage.

The 2023 conference marked the 10th anniversary of the Taiwan Consumer Electronics International Conference, making it a particularly significant edition. Additionally, with the easing of pandemic restrictions, the organizing committee specially chose the Howard Beach Resort Kenting as the venue, hoping that domestic and international participants could gather in Kenting, a popular summer vacation spot in Taiwan, to enhance academic capabilities and relax amidst the beauty of Kenting, thereby contributing to Taiwan's tourism industry.

The ICCE-TW's milestone tenth edition marked a notable ascent in its trajectory, with a record-breaking assembly of over 360 delegates, encompassing both domestic and international scholars and dignitaries. This figure represents an unprecedented peak in both participation and paper submissions in the conference's chronicle.
