Welcome and announcements: The Chairman welcomed all the members present in the meeting.

Agenda item #1: Ratification of minutes of the previous meeting.

Discussions: The minutes of the previous meeting were approved with the consent of members present in the meeting.

Agenda item #2: Office bearers for the year 2024.

Discussions: With the consent of members present in the meeting, the list of office bearers for the year 2024 was suggested subject to that one must be an IEEE CIS member. The executive committee members for the year 2024 are as follows:

Treasurer - Prof. Nishchal K. Verma

Secretary - Dr. Teena Sharma

Convener - IEEE UP Section CIS Chapter Award Committee - Prof. Vrijendra Singh

Action Item: The new Executive Committee Body will be effective from January 2024 and the office bearers will be reported to IEEE CIS. It is mandatory to become an IEEE CIS member to hold a position in the executive committee body. Hence, the members must renew their membership for the year 2024 on or before December 31st, 2023.

The meeting was adjourned with a vote of thanks at 05:30 PM IST.
