A presentation and tour of Austin's Combined Transportation, Emergency & Communications Center (CTECC). CTECC improves emergency response coordination and cooperation by providing a centralized public safety facility sustaining the operations of shared, critical emergency communications and transportation management for the region. Our primary goal is to receive and process emergency 9-1-1 calls for service and emergency.

A presentation and tour of the Austin's Combined Transportation, Emergency & Communications Center (CTECC).

Please read the following before registering:

  • This tour has limited numbers of registrations available and you must RSVP to attend.
  • Registration must be done on or before May 11th.
  • You MUST bring a photo id (e.g. your driver's license, student id, etc.) with you to be allowed into the facility.
  • If the tour is full, you may email the tour coordinator to be put on a backup list.
  • There is no charge to attend.
  • If you are unable to attend, please email the tour coordinator so that another person may attend.
  • When you click the register button (not "save and close") you will see the message "You have successfully registered for this meeting" and you will receive a confirmation email to confirm you are registered. If you don't receive a confirmation email, you have not registered.
  • Tour information may change after you register; please watch your email for updates.
