Annual General Meeting 2023
The meeting started with a silent prayer. Then the welcome speech was delivered by SB Chair J Jayasoorya. IEEE CCET Student Branch Counselor Mr. Vishnu S gave a wonderful motivational speech to the students and detailed all the events which was organised in the previou year. He thanked the ExeCom 2022 for coordinating all the events succesfully. He also discussed the plan of future event that has to be organised. Regarding that two societies are under formation and is about to get inaugurated soon. Inauguration of PES society and IEEE CS Kerala Chapter which is under the coordination of Mrs.Aparna.
The next step of the meeting was to declaration of the new Execom 2023 members and it was done by Mr.Vishnu.S. The new execom members are:

After the declaration, our counselor, Mr. Vishnu S congratulated the all the new elected members. And a momentum was given to the previous ExeCom members by the Branch Counselor. A Certificate of Appreciation was proudly given to Minhaj A in recognition of his exceptional creativity,artistic talent,and outstanding design contributions as the Design Lead of IEEE-Student Branch CCET 2022-23. The Best Volunteer Award 2022 was proudly presented to Aswini Amruthakumar in acknowledgement for her unwavering dedication,inspiring leadership and exceptional contributions as a student volunteer in the IEEE-Student Branch CCET. As a token of appreciation the the new ExeCom 2023 members gave a farewell video to the previous ExeCom 2022 members. The meeting came to an end by 3:30pm.
