As the VP of Engineering and Head of Innovation in the Office of the CTO at F5, she leads a charter to accelerate the pace and impact of innovation at F5, a global leader in multi-cloud application security and delivery. Roxy is also leading a company-wide program to manage and govern all AI initiatives and investments across F5 effort, responsible for our overall AI strategy development and implementation, AI research and education, orchestrating the development of new AI technologies and applications, and coordinating the application of AI to improve business processes.

Roxy has a proven track record of delivering innovative and scalable solutions for various industries, including transportation, manufacturing, and supply chain. She leverages her expertise in IoT, cloud computing, data analytics, and lean-agile processes to create and launch digital data transformation platforms that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
