Fiber Optic Links - Real Time Measurements in Harsh Electromagnetic Environments
Learn how Montena Technology’s broadband fiber-optic links for harsh electromagnetic environments are optimized for the measurement of fast transients or wide bandwidth signals from DC to 3.5GHz. With very high immunity to electromagnetic fields and remote-controlled gain and attenuation features, these fiber-optic links provide the best in deployment flexibility for your test and measurement applications. |

We will go over test and measurement applications in harsh environments such as high voltage substations and railway infrastructure, and the measurement of fast nanosecond pulses during HPEM, EMP, and UWB testing.
Biography:
Eugene Arbogast earned his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) from the US Naval Postgraduate School concentrating on shipboard electronic warfare, radar, and electro-optic systems. For the last six years, Gene has applied his wide-ranging US military and government experience to electromagnetic compatibility test and measurement equipment sales at HV TECHNOLOGIES, Inc. as the EMC Division Manager.
