Indoor agriculture has been around for a long time, but is changing to meet the needs of the modern world. Specifically, there is a great deal of technology involved to maximize the amount of food grown per acre while reducing resource consumption. Biography:

Robert Schindler, PE has wide experience in the industrial and institutional built environment. His specific experience with this topic was as the lead electrical engineer for 80 Acres Farms, an indoor vertical farming company based in Hamilton, Ohio.
