Celebrating IEEE Day 2023 at IIUC
What an incredible day it was! On 11 October 2023, in front of the FSE Building, IIUC IEEE members came together for a grand celebration of IEEE Day. We were honored to have ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ณ๐ฒ๐๐๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐ฟ. ๐ . ๐ ๐ผ๐๐ต๐ถ๐๐น ๐๐ผ๐พ๐๐ฒ Sir, ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ถ๐ฟ, ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐น๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐๐ต ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป, as our estimated ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ฒ๐ณ ๐๐๐ฒ๐๐.
The event was graced by the presence of distinguished faculty members, including Dr. Md. Shamimul Haque Choudhury Sir (Dean, FSE, IIUC) , Mohammed Abdul Kader Sir(Mentor, IEEE IIUC SB), Muhammad Athar Uddin Sir, Prof. Mohammed Shamsul Alam Sir (Advisor, IEEE CS IIUC SBC), Engr. Sk. Md. Golam Mostafa Sir, Dr. Mohammad Aman Ullah Sir, Engr. Syed Zahidur Rashid Sir and many others. With over 40+ IEEE members in attendance, the energy was electrifying!
We kicked off the celebrations with a cake-cutting ceremony at 10:30 AM, symbolizing our unity and commitment to advancing technology for the benefit of humanity. The cake was just the beginning of the sweetness in the air.
To add to the excitement, we organized a vibrant rally that started from the FSE Building, winding its way to the library and finally culminating at the auditorium. The IEEE spirit was on full display as we marched proudly, showcasing our passion for innovation and technology.
