B.S. / M.S. / Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota—Twin
Cities

Worked for five years at Freescale Semiconductor (formerly Motorola’s Semiconductor
Products Sector and currently part of NXP Semiconductors) designing microprocessors
/ SoCs

J.D. from University of Texas at Austin

Practiced patent litigation for seven years at Dechert LLP; three jury verdicts

Clerked for Honorable Alan D Albright in the Western District of Texas, Waco division;
managed all of Judge Albright patent cases (800 to 1000 cases).

Currently, court-appointed technical advisor / special master on patent cases.
