1. Creation of social media accounts ( LinkedIn and page for the chapter)
2. Creation of an email to the chapter
3. Secretary position open: we will do elections for this position
4. Funding sources
5. Semester plans:
        - Poster competition in collaboration with the ECE department and IEEE PELS/PES chapter at UConn (mid February)
         - Two invited talks
         - End of the semester social event in collaboration with the IEEE PELS/PES chapter at UConn.
