IEEE Xtreme 17.0, the international coding extravaganza hosted by IEEE, unfolded with great enthusiasm and fervor from October 28, 2023, to October 29, 2023. The prestigious event took place at Albertain and Institute of Science and Technology, attracting a total of 49 students exclusively from IEEE SB AISAT. The coding marathon featured numerous teams, each composed of 1-3 members, ready to take on the 24-hour coding challenge.
Commencing at the early hour of 5:00 a.m., the competition persisted throughout the night, culminating the next day at the same time. A unique aspect of IEEE Xtreme 17.0 was the continuous engagement of participants, with a new coding question dropped every hour, demanding adaptability and quick problem-solving skills. The venue buzzed with activity as many dedicated students chose to stay overnight, fostering a collaborative environment and a sense of shared purpose.
