Participation in the Central European Student and Young Professionals Congress (CEuSYP Congress) in Poland
In early December, Sandra Veljković represented the IEEE ED/SSC student branch in Niš at the Central European Student and Young Professionals Congress (CEuSYP Congress) in Krakow, Poland. The congress, organized under the auspices of the IEEE association, provided young members with an opportunity to educate themselves, connect, and expand their knowledge about the work and goals of IEEE.
The congress encompassed a wide range of lectures and workshops focusing on all the new projects initiated within the IEEE association. In addition to workshops, visits to prominent companies collaborating with the IEEE association were organized. Members also had the opportunity to better understand the organization's structure, available resources, and possibilities for joining specific technical communities. Workshops facilitated interactive learning about IEEE, the programs it has launched, and the professional development it offers.
Beyond formal programs, the congress provided an opportunity to build a network of professional contacts and network with other student branches. Through various social events, members could exchange ideas, experiences, and establish contacts with colleagues who share similar interests and areas of work.
The organizers also carefully planned leisure time to allow participants to explore and experience the culturally and historically rich city of Krakow. The CEuSYP Congress in Krakow was an opportunity for a better understanding of the functioning of the IEEE association. The organizers ensured that all participants had a comprehensive experience, combining engineering expertise with diverse cultural experiences.
