The IEEE MSB Annual Recruitment Drive 2023 was a pivotal event that witnessed the active participation of 400 second-year students eager to join our dynamic community. Rooted in the ethos of IEEE MANIT, the recruitment drive played a crucial role in shaping the future of the organization. It provided a platform for aspiring students to showcase their technical acumen, problem-solving skills, and passion for technology. More than a selection process, it represented an opportunity for participants to join a community dedicated to advancing technology for the betterment of humanity. The success of the Annual Recruitment Drive exemplifies IEEE MSB's dedication to excellence and its role in shaping the future leaders of technology.
Recruitment Phases:
1. Recruitment Written Test:
The journey began with a challenging written test, attracting approximately 300 enthusiastic participants. This phase meticulously assessed their technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and aptitude for the diverse roles within the IEEE MANIT team.
2. Interview Rounds:
Successful candidates from the written test advanced to face two rounds of interviews. The interviews provided a platform to delve into their understanding of IEEE's mission, their motivation to join, and how their unique skills aligned with the branch's overarching objectives.
3. Selection of Deserving Members:
Following thorough evaluations of written test performances and interview outcomes, a distinguished team of 30 deserving members emerged. These individuals not only demonstrated exceptional qualities but also showcased a strong alignment with IEEE MANIT's vision and values.
