HackEnvision 2.0
HackEnvision 2.0, held on January 21, 2024, was a resounding success, attracting over 180 participants from diverse colleges and organizations. Organized by the Computer Society of IEEE Student Branch at Nawab Shah Alam Khan College of Engineering and Technology, the hackathon featured 53 teams and 15 solo participants engaged in three dynamic phases: Ideation, Evaluation and Elimination, and the Final Execution phase.
Sponsored by prominent organizations like Axure, ACES, GeeksforGeeks, SnapSeva, SIO, InterviewBuddy, echo3D, and XYZ domains, the event offered various awards and prizes. InterviewBuddy and XYZ domains provided exclusive awards and free domains for participants. The hackathon also had outreach partners, including ECELL MJCET, IEEE Young Professionals, and HITAM Hackathon Club.
Awards were distributed across categories, with the 1st Prize winner receiving an 8000 Rs cash prize, $500 in Axure RP License, G4G Swags, and vouchers. The 2nd Prize winner received a 5000 Rs cash prize, $500 in Axure RP License, G4G Swags, and vouchers. The 3rd Prize winner earned a 3000 Rs cash prize, G4G Swags, and vouchers. The Best NSAKCET Team received a 1000 Rs cash prize, while the Best Women's Team and Best Junior's Team each received a 2000 Rs cash prize, vouchers, and promo codes.
The event was graced by the presence of a special guest, Meraj Faheem, founder of Edventure Park from Hyderabad. The organizers welcomed him with a momento, and he felicitated the hackathon winners, adding a special touch to the already successful event.
