AESS x WIE EB meeting

This was our first meeting with the IEEE ESPRIT AESS SBC for our upcoming collaborative event. We decided on two plans: Plan A involves organizing a visit for the 'Moon Children Association'. Due to their sensitivity, we agreed that the event would take place at night, from 19:00 to 21:00. Additionally, we should consider necessary health protection measures, such as sanitization. For Plan B, our focus will be on 'Rades Scouts' or 'Ariana Scouts.'Next, we brainstormed the agenda for the main day. A content sheet will be prepared to collect ideas. There will be games related to galaxies and stars, and possibly a competition among kids: they can either present a project or build a telescope. Certificates will be awarded to each group of participants, as well as individual certificates for all the kids in the scouts.

We also discussed the possibility of renting a telescope from the 'Tunisian Society of Astronomy.' Of course, there will be a coffee break and gifts for the children.
