Visitor Access Paperwork Needed for Westinghouse HQ IEEE Meeting Visitors, Please see below:
New visitors to Westinghouse HQ will have to fill out escort access paperwork before access is granted to the Westinghouse HQ grounds.  Westinghouse employees or previous visitors that have filled out the HQ escort access paperwork at Westinghouse HQ within the last year, do not need to sign up again.  This escort access paperwork is located on the IEEE Pittsburgh Joint IAS/PES webpage under the files tab, or at the following link: "Escort Required Visitor Access Agreement" .  A “Property Entry Restrictions” page located at the same link will pop up first -please read this then proceed to fill out the escort access paperwork completely "with hand written signature" and email it back to Steve Dobos (dobos.s.p@ieee.org) 412-559-0235 and David Vaglia (davevaglia@ieee.org) before Fri-12AUG16.  Be sure to bring your photo ID on the day of the meeting too. On the day of the meeting, non-Westinghouse personnel will receive a visitors badge from security. At the end of the meeting, please turn in your visitors badge to security before you leave.

If you are not a US Citizen and will be attending the meeting, you will need to fax in your current Passport or Visa information along with the filled out and hand signed escort access paperwork to 724-720-0863, unless you have done so within the last year at HQ.

DIRECTIONS TO WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC COMPANY, CRANBERRY  

Directions from the South: Take 79 North to the route 228 east exit. Stay in right lane and drive by Marriott Hotel (on right). Turn right into Cranberry Woods facility and stay in left lane. Make first left into Westinghouse Headquarters and drive straight through roundabout. Please park in the visitors parking places that are located on either side of the entry road. 

Directions from the East: Take the PA Turnpike (I-76) West following signs for Ohio / I-76 W. Take Exit 28 and follow I-79 N toward Erie. Stay in the entrance lane (right lane) and immediately take Exit 78, PA-228 Cranberry/Mars. Turn right onto PA-228 E toward Mars. Turn right onto Cranberry Woods Drive. Take immediate left at Westinghouse sign and drive straight through roundabout. Please park in the visitors parking places that are located on either side of the entry road.
